Traditions of America – a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities – seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join its growing Accounting & Finance Team at the Corporate Headquarters in Berwyn, PA. The Accounts Payable Specialist will work directly with the entire Accounting & Finance Team.
Job Description:
Entering accurate invoice general ledger codes
Performing expense report verification and completing reconciliations
Ensuring accurate invoice approval, coding and payment
Facilitating vendor payments and resolving discrepancies
Completing payment documentation
Assist in yearly audit to gather proper paperwork
General Ledger Bookkeeping for multiple entities in QuickBooks
Following company’s established accounting processes
Job Requirements:
Candidates shall have:
Associates Degree in Accounting OR Bookkeeping/AP experience
Strong analytical skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player mentality
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
