Requirements

• Drawing and maintaining detailed scale plans for construction drawings – all phases, construction details and cross sections, general builder updates based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
• Analyzing building codes, space and site requirements to determine their effect on architectural designs.
• Coordinating structural and mechanical designs with Engineers.
• Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and must have all necessary licenses & accreditations to seal completed plan sets for use.

• Proficient/excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• High levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
• A keen interest in the building environment and the dedication to see projects to their conclusion.
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD). Strong mathematical skills.
• Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team.
