Overview:

Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, is always seeking seasoned, motivated and highly organized Community Managers. In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, the Community Manager will oversee the land development and home building process from start to finish in our active adult communities. You will be the primary on-site manager of a multi-million-dollar residential development, leading a team of construction managers and trade contractors, and interfacing one-on-one with homebuyers, as well. Key areas of responsibility include site readiness, construction, home delivery, warranty and safety.

• Reporting directly to on-site Regional Vice President
• Staff to Supervise: Builders, Punch Technicians, Construction Administrator

• Strong communication skills
• High-level commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Effective management, motivation and training of staff
• Efficient coordinator of vendors
• Discipline to maintain schedules
• Ability to avoid cost over-runs

Preferred Experience & Education:

• 7+ years of residential construction management
• College degree
• Knowledge of construction & building codes
