Overview:

Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks an exceptional Construction Administrator. This is a full time, fast-paced position. As Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of supporting construction, production, warranty, and service work. Position available at locations across Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Construction Administrator include:

  • Provide administrative support to the construction staff
  • Managing the service & warranty department
  • Permitting
  • Managing filing systems
  • Interfacing with homebuilding software
  • Communications with homeowners and subcontractors
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Prior Construction Administrator experience a plus
