Overview:

Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated Lifestyle Director. In this fast-paced, customer-serving role, the Lifestyle Director will be responsible for cultivating an exciting community culture around the 5-star resort amenities with a focus on club activities and social events. Candidate must be organized, a fast learner, and possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer knowledge, and exceptional customer relationship skills.

Job Description:

  • Conduct new resident orientations that include resident profiles, interests, and clubhouse access
  • Create exciting events & activities based on resident interests; advance planning/successful execution required
  • Oversee amenities that include a sports bar, fitness area, yoga studio, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and outdoor pool
  • Maintain supplies, vendor communication, and reporting to the community leadership team
  • Provide administrative and organizational support, customer service, answering telephones, and all levels of general office duties
  • Conduct clubhouse tours for prospective home buyers, as well as help build solid customer relationships
  • Partner with the Homeowner Association management company to provide consistent guidance for residents
  • Create an exciting, safe, inclusive atmosphere for all residents & guests

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Lifestyle Director or events coordinator is required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation & benefits package; salary range from $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience, benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental, Health, Vision, Paid Time Off, HSA, Disability
  • Full-time position
