Overview:

Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks an experienced individual to manage land planning, entitlements, predevelopment permitting, approvals, municipal public meetings and due diligence for its future communities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend and present on behalf of Traditions of America at public meetings
• Manage outside engineers and consultants
• Manage all governmental permits and approvals
• Travel required

Skills & Abilities:

• Licensed Engineer or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Significant municipal experience required

Salary & Benefits:

• Compensation package based on experience; $100,000 – $150,000
