Overview:

Traditions of America, a nationally recognized builder of 55+ resort-style communities, seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Punchout/Warranty Technician to join our growing Building division. Working closely with colleagues in the field, the Punchout/Warranty Tech will learn our building standards from the ground up and play a key role in upholding our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. This position has significant room for advancement. Positions available at communities across Pennsylvania and in Richmond, VA.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the “finishing touches” on homes, striving for excellence with every delivery
• Regular interaction with customers, addressing service and warranty issues with a strong focus on customer service and clear communication
• Coordination with various trade partners and team members on the job

• Outstanding finishing skills in a variety of trades with strong attention to detail
• A team-player mentality
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Superior customer service skills: a “people person”
• A proactive and energetic approach to the role
• Ability to lift 100 pounds
