Join one of the nation’s top developers of 55+ lifestyle communities! We’re looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to bring strong analytical skills and attention to detail to our Accounting & Finance Team at our Berwyn, PA headquarters.

This role offers hands-on exposure to both corporate operations and on-site community development. If you have experience in property management accounting, we especially want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare monthly financial and cost reports
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support audits and financial compliance
• Process commissions and sales agreement reviews

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in property management or homebuilding is a strong plus
