We Stand By Our Work
Your warranty protects you from defects in workmanship for one year, mechanical or system defects for two years, and structural defects for ten years. This coverage is absolutely free! You will be given an enrollment form and Warranty Booklet at settlement.
Our Customer Service Manager will meet you for both a sixty day and an eleven month walk. The purpose of these meetings is to review any warranty items with your new home. Our Customer Service Manager will bring a comprehensive list to guide the meetings. If any warranty items are identified, we will complete a warranty form with you and arrange to correct the items in 30 days. Some minor cosmetic repairs may be deferred until the eleven month inspection, when the home has gone through four seasons and fully settled.
